Policies

Appointment Policy:

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedure, we operate primarily by appointment. Walk-in’s are always welcomed but we encourage you to give us a quick call to see your ‘wait time’ estimate.

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which may cause the occasional appointment delay. Please accept our apologies and understand that will see each appointment as soon as possible.

 

Patient Arrival Policy:

For your protection, and for that of others, all dogs must be on a leash (or in a pet carrier) and properly controlled while in the lobby.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Please use caution while walking your pet outside – keep your pet leashed and watch for traffic.

 

Payment Policy:

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmericanExpress, personal checks with state ID, cash, and CareCredit.  Please ask us about PaymentBanc for procedures over $300.
